Hi David,
Sorry did not see this till today. I have had several clients rent here. Rates are reasonable. The apartments were taken over by Home Properties some years ago and were improved. Not sure if they have now updated all apartments or not. The clients I have had rent there have all been happy, however have seen posts on line complaining about smells and noise. Not sure if those are just discontented renters or reliable comments. None of my clients have ever said they had problems. Home Properties does allow pets I believe which many complexes do not. They prefer long term rental periods but will allow shorter terms as well. You can rent furnished executive style apartments or unfurnished. Location in Devon is excellent walkable to Strafford Station or Devon and close to Acme and Kmart just a few minutes from downtown Wayne. Hope this helps.
