I am in the process of bidding on a home. it has a oil tank, problem 1 and asbestos siding problem 2. what is the issue with the siding?

Contact the EPA for a list of qualify asbestos removing company-My experience wth oil tank -if underground you will have to remove it-hope there is not oil spill. If the tank is in the basemen- keep it! just have it service. The asbestos siding-if it is in good condition-change the color if the color is the issue.
