""We recently sold our home thanks to all the efforts of Scott and his team. We had our home listed with a realtor for 7 months. This was the first time we have sold a house and we were selling our house in the housing bubble so we weren't real sure how things worked. Within 2 months of being listed with the "other" company I didn't feel as though our realtor was doing what she said she would do. I started searching the web to find the answers that I needed and I came across Scott. Although Scott knew I was not planning on switching realtors he still took his time to do the research to find the answers to my questions and guided me in the right direction to better communicate with our realtor. He was prompt with answering all my questions, always kept me updated on what was going on, had our house listed at the right price from the beginning and we had a contract on the house within 1 month. Even after the contract we still had alot to deal with and anytime Scott had to contact me with any changes he had a solution before he even called me. He made this process so much easier and took away so many worries. I would recommend Scott and his team to anybody without hesitation, they are the best.""
