It always a hard when you are not familiar with the area, if we base our search on great shools then I would recommend looking at Pinecrest and Coral Gables to name some of the areas's best. In Pinecrest you will find that homes are a bit higher on price but the school system is excellent. You will always find that property values are higher in places with great schools and thus better for re-sale.
