"We are writing to commend Nathalie Sessoms for the work she did to find a tenant forour condominium property in Washingtonville, NY. Natalie worked on our behalf for several months acting within our parameters and advised us on important matters affecting this rental. She interviewed the clients for us and screened them as we instructed. She showed initiative throughout the 6 month process and we truly felt that she was an agent that represented our interests as well as working in a pleasant and professional manner at all times. We would recommend her highly to people who are looking for an amiable, responsible, intuitive agent. Nathalie, I had promised myself to write you a note as a testament based on my experience. Within days after putting our home on the market, we had 3 bids and knew we were going to have to be aggressive in our search. We contacted an agent through another real estate house, and after several weeks and about 50 homes we finally found what we wanted. Unfortunately, through what I believe was mishandling, we lost it. Within 2 days of us losing this house, we decided to find another agent. Through the web, we found you and through our Coldwell agent on our sale, recieved a recommendation, for an agent. We made appointments with both of you, Coldwell in the morning and Prudential in the afternoon. Upon our meeting with you, it was immediately apparent, that we had a "connection" with you. Your questions and approach from day one was ultimately the reason we were successful in finding the house we wanted within days of our meeting... Who would've known that we had wasted so much time with the previous agent. Guess we had to experience that, so we could learn from it and meet you in order to realize how the process is supposed to be managed....consistently, pragmatically and effectively. Throughout the process, which was quite an ordeal at times (to say the least), the sellers were putting roadblocks. Much of the negotiations, were harrowing and during several of our conversations, I thought that I had it and was ready to move on. Yet through it all, you maintained and managed the entire process and knew what to do, as each step progressed. All thorughout this time, your communication with us was consistent...no matter what time of the day it was, where you were or whether you were on vacation. You always managed to put our fears at bay and address the details that needed to be addressed. This meant a lot to us in that our previous experience had left a bad taste in our mouths.Your persistence in contacting the seller's agent, lawyers, inspector, etc is why this deal finally went through. Not only did you guide us through the buying process, you covered things like providing us with choices from home inspector to the oil tank inspector, never once pushing one over the other. You did the homework first and then contacted us with options. You should know that our family will always look back on this experience and remember that you always treated us like a friend who had our best interest at heart and that the business side was secondary, as the priority was to help us find our "home". You were relentless, professional and genuine, which is a true testament to your field. You are truly a "real agent", Nathalie, your "human" touch to sales as part of the overall experience cannot be overlooked, as it is the reason we felt so comfortable with you and knew that you were looking out for us all throughout. I cannot sing your praises enough! I wish you continued success and always remember, that the Gonzalez family are very happy in our new home and it is because of you. To that end, if I am ever asked by friends, family or a neighbor for a recommendation, I will shout it out "YOU'VE GOT TO CONTACT NATHALIE SESSOMS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE IS BETTER!!!" Nathalie Sessoms was a true professional, she did a very thourough search and was very patient with us. We were looking for a rare type of property and she was able to find the perfect home for us. Nathalie Sessoms was the best sales associate ever. If it were not for her I would have given up prior to closing. Nathalie is professional, courtious, compassionate, intelligent and knows her job well. A company is only as good as it's employees. I can not thank her enough for all that she did. Nathalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first time buyers, and she took the time to explain the process.
