Hi again Brendan! Since you are internet savvy you can go to statecollegehomes4sale.com and search / refine your search according to your criteria. Just checking that site brought 78 condo/townhouses up on my search. You can also save your searches with my "SearchSaver" option which will automatically send you the new listings as they come on the market. Next stop is pick your agent to be your fiduciary and helper and see your lender for a preapproval. I hope that gets you started and I would enjoy helping you on your journey to State College!
