If you trying to sell to homebuyers, duplexes are very appealing , specially in neighborhoods where family members pull their money together in order to purchase. And if you are trying to sell to investors, they are not looking at the style of the building. They are looking at the numbers and figuring out if it will make financial sense. Remember, in the same way it appeals to you, it will appeal to the next buyer.
