Hello Sikingfast! Your Investment partner is being unreasonable. Your best avenue is to hire a Real Estate Agent in Fla - I can get you a referral who is trained and experienced in conducting short sales...you should make sure the agent is trained in short sales...I understand he said he does not want to do a short sale...and so you will need to get an attorney to force him to do it. This will be the only way to get you out of this situation. This is what Attorney's and Judge's do...they force people to do the right thing when they refuse to do it themselves.
