My Real Estate career has been exciting, varied and challenging and I find myself tackling this market with confidence. Get it at the Open House and/or Broker Caravan. I have seen many agents have success when they supply feedback forms at the homes. They get other agents to attend by providing lunch, a cash box or some other drawing.

You must abide by the golden rule and your ethics training.

The fact is...the person has an agent under contract and you discussing the "dirty laundry" is in bad form.
