No...... yet, I have seen others do this. Since you do not own the property, you do not have the right to sell anything other than your option. Since it is a "short sale" you do not truly have an option to sell either. MLS rules vary from area to area so, it would be best to contact a local Realtor and the local Board of Realtors or an Attorney in Texas. With a short sale, you own nothing and could not sell what you do not own.
