"February 10, 2009 Dear Mike & Vivian, I had almost forgotten that I initially met you folks on-line on Trulia where I was posting various real estate questions about lenders in the Panama City Beach area. You went out of your way, Mike, to answer my on-line questions with very helpful information--even though you didn't even know who I was! After following through with your advice and lender recommendations, I was ready to travel to Florida and look at some properties...and you and Vivian seemed like such a natural choice for me!
