Since most buyers start their search on the internet first, I market every property I list extensively on the most popular websites to gain the most visibility. I ensure that everything about each property, whether it's photos, the specific details, or the property description, show the home in the best possible light. I also do everything that I can to make sure each home shows at its best "in person."
Two years ago, after discovering a talent and love for home staging and redesign, I formed my own home staging business to help sellers prepare their homes for this competitive market. My company is called “Rose-Colored Staging” because “rose-colored” is how I view each home. I look for the best attributes of each home I visit, and am confident I can effectively emphasize the positive aspects of the home, downplay the negatives, and allow potential home buyers to “feel home.”
I work with fellow real estate agents and their clients to help them sell their listings. I never interfere with the client/agent relationship; I work with them to help sell the house. My fellow agents trust me to help get their listings sold!
I have been with Weichert, Realtors in Burlington, New Jersey for five years and it is a joy for me to assist homebuyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Although based in Burlington County, I have assisted clients in Mercer, Ocean, Camden, and Gloucester Counties as well.
I am a REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS®. I am also a Certified Home Staging Professional and am a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR), Home Staging Resource (HSR), and the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

Definitely! When my mom bought a new house, she was so thrilled by the way the sellers responded to her requests, left things in the house for her, and generally had taken such good care of the home, that she sent them a gift basket from Harry & David! They loved it! And now, even though it's been a year, she knows if she has any questions, she can always call them-- they made sure she had their number for just that reason. - Thu Aug 20 2009, 09:09
