This is a tired old house on 29th Street. Sited on the back of the lot, selling for less than the price of the 'dirt' it sits on. Several years ago we sold the neighboring property. It was lifted and beautifully rebuilt. However all of this is irrelevant since someone else saw the value of 'dirt' and put down cash.
Many buyers beginning their search will look at a fixer like this with no clue that they're really buying 'dirt' So If you're looking for 'dirt' to build your dream home on - or - if you're looking for a home in move-in condition, please consider giving my partner Oliver Burgelman or myself a call. We can help you ascertain the value of 'dirt' or a home you can live in immediately. We know the Noe Valley and many great areas of the City...
