When Michael Christodoulou first meets a customer, he sees his role involving much more than facilitating a business transaction. Rather, he embraces the opportunity to establish a long-term relationship with each individual, which to him is far more valuable than money.
What’s his goal? To find you the best home that meets your needs and specifications in the most streamlined manner possible, and to create a bond of trust that lasts a lifetime as your real estate requirements change.
Specializing in rentals and sales throughout Manhattan, Michael is a hands-on market “consultant” who strives to educate clients on all aspects of the real estate market so they are empowered to make sound decisions. He is a native New Yorker with an inside-out knowledge of the city, and a graduate of Baruch College with a major in Real Estate Development (Michael knew it would be his only career).
What’s his dream? To become a real estate philanthropist and help others even further by being able to provide homes for people who are not as fortunate as he. “This is also why finding a home for my clients is so personal and rewarding to me,” he says.
What’s his philosophy? Don’t wait to buy real estate; buy real estate and wait. Michael comes from a family of brokers with both parents successful in the business, so he’s always understood not only the value of investing, but the importance of quality service.
