This is the "Fairmont" model. It does not have a first floor master and unfortunately, none of the homes in the Manchester community offers the first floor master. It may not matter, but I will say that they do offer some nice options standard in all these homes. I was impressed while viewing. Open spacious floor plans...but if you need/desire a first floor master none of that matters and I would be happy to send you an email of those that are available. Hope that helps and Happy Easter.
