To answer your question on the current market situations in Carolina Pines I think the market is simply what you make of it. If you are looking for stats on the area you live in I have included those below and I know other REALTORS who have helped answer this question for you too have been gracious enough to send you this info as well. Please do let me know if you need any additional info on this area as I feel besides all of the current stats and homes for sale that are going to be your competition as well as homes that have already sold and would be used as comps for you there is still much to be said for people's motivation and a lot of background factors that we would have to know about your situation and readiness to sell.
