He believe that in order for Realtor to be successful they must not only sell houses but also be owner of a real estate portfolio. At Junction Realty Corporation, Matt Lee is the Vice President of Commercial Division that handle sales and leasing of office space, warehouse space, and apartment unit.
A major portion of JRC business is HOA management. We handle all aspects of HOA management including billings, tax preparation, and guiding BOD of HOA on all aspects of the management of their HOA.
JRC is a mortgage broker. Most of JRC clients are of the investor class. Most of our loan portfolio with lenders have zero default. We advise our clients on the acquisition and deposition of their real estate holdings. We have the longterm interests of our clients in mind.
