mlsfinder is an IDX provider. You might have heard of it under the name WolfNet. Buyers will not be going to their site directly but through a search page on a company or agent's website. It allows consumers to create a profile and a customized search. The agents who use it can create custom searches, too. For example, you can feature links or pages to searches by popular subdivisions, or oceanfront condos, etc. It might rank high for real estate searches but only because it is part of other big real estate websites. If your MLS has a participation agreement with mlsfinder/WolfNet, then all of the active listings MLS listings (unless the seller opts out) will be on the site through a feed. - Sat Jun 27 2009, 07:11
