Did you see that the home on 23671 Via Lopez, Mission Viejo is in a Senior only (55+)community?? That is why the Association Fee is much higher than normal for Mission Viejo. In homes outside this community HOA Fees run $18 Plus Approx $35 / month. If you want a Senior Community the Via Lopez home is a good deal, if not call me for other homes in the general vicinity in Mission Viejo. 949-633-9494.
