"To: Mark and Keller Williams Management I want to thank you for the great Service we received in our April, 2007 purchase of a home at Siena Oaks in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. We have purchased 13 properties – both main residences and second homes – over the years and considered the job Mark did with us among the best buying experiences we have had. We are experienced buyers and look for a Realtor who can quickly determine what our must and want needs are, has the knowledge of the market to quickly identify the best match for us and then, as we go thru the negotiation and offer – and finally the close do a great job of servicing us and working with the sellers to make the deal happens. Mark did a great job in all elements of this transaction. Our situation was complicated in that we had almost no time to look at homes when we were in Florida (we live in Portland Oregon) and we needed someone who was computer savvy who could get us info via the internet and work with us remotely using the technology available. Some facts that bring home the point. 1 – we really were just looking around in Feb – had met with another realtor from another company and realized quickly he was not the right person to work with. We found a flyer on a house we drove by later in our visit and by chance hooked up with Mark – and we were leaving FL in 2 days- so time was short. 2 – Mark was very responsive and – after talking to us on the phone – brought us to several homes to give us a feel. 3 – most significant in all this – after getting a sense for our needs – the very first home he showed us was the one we eventually purchased!!!! – that was amazing 4 – of course we needed to see more and he did a great job of using our limited time to show us different neighborhoods so that we could hone in on the one we felt best about. 5 – We left Florida not really decided if we would buy something or not. Mark coached us on this – but was not overbearing – just very helpful. He sent us pictures of this house (he went and took more for us since we kind of forgot a lot about what we saw) as well as much info on other homes in other areas – using the internet and phone to communicate 6- once we decided to make an offer he worked very hard – not only with us but also helping the seller’s realtor as well as the sellers and us to put this deal together. 7 – I know even the sellers were impressed with him – giving his name to others they knew in the area who were looking for a listing agent (the seller was the President of the HOA for Siena Oaks). 8 – Mark followed up during the process with Mortgage companies, Inspectors etc and really did a great job of covering all the bases – something we desperately needed since we were not located in Florida to do all this. 9- after the sale he didn’t forget us. He came in and helped my wife (who flew down to get things set up) find people to do some clean up/yard work as well as checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything more. 10 – he has offered to help out anywhere we need it now that we are absentee owners. And has shown a willingness to go beyond his responsibility to make sure our buying experience was a good one. AND – WE LOVE the HOUSE. We are sure we made a good decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark as a realtor – his energy, knowledge, customer orientation, willingness to provide support above and beyond what is expected, and the fact that he is a nice guy to deal with helped to make our experience with this purchase a very good one Sincerely Clem Russo "
