Hi, I love Skype!
I use it with my family in Mexico. They call a local number and it gets transfer to my cell phone and my home. wherever I am, I answer. I have an online number, have to purchase it. Also, when I am in mexico, I call from my computer to clients and the caller ID shows my cell phone, so people, had no idea that I am not in town.
Also, on the plan I have, Mexico/Canada/USA it is unlimited. It is better when my family call me than when I call, but my new router was a bad choice and it does not perform as great as the one I left in Mexico.
I even have this belkin:

This is wireless. It conects with my wireless router. I have even use it on Houston airport with boingo.
