"There is simply no way I can overstate how phenomenal was my experience with Marie Sweetland as my realtor. Of the 6 realtors I’ve used in my home buying experience, Marie stands head and shoulders above the rest. Marie went out of her way to make the home buying experience for me and my wife as painless as possible. My wife and I gave Marie a nearly impossible task, to help us find the home of our dreams in just 2 weeks, with only 2 days of those 2 weeks available to conduct our house shopping. To top it off, for most of those 2 days, we brought our 4 young children in tow. Not only did she not throw up her arms in exasperation, but with a smile, she helped us do exactly what we asked. As a nice touch, she made the kids feel important throughout the process. Marie impressed us from the start with her preparatory work and her superb organization in walking us through our first day of shopping. She kept us from dilly-dallying but never made us feel rushed. We didn’t find the home that we wanted on that first day, but she learned from our reactions to the houses and from our answers to her questions just what we were looking for. When we returned a week later, again, her preparatory work was amazing, and the homes were just what we were looking for. That night, we were ready to make an offer, and Marie was ready to help us get the job done. Through the process of shopping, building an offer, negotiating a contract, and carrying the process to closing, there was never any question that Marie was our realtor. I don’t think we could have gotten such a great deal on such a great house with anyone else as our agent.
