Being a newly married couple the stress of buying a house can be very overwhelming.

Mariana not only helped us buy our first house, she helped us buy our home.

She approached us with a clear and concisive plan and we saw, we offered and closed within 3 months.

She knew that we wanted to be in a suburban neighborhood that was close to the city. She listen to our wishes and guided us down the perfect path.

Being able to work well and trust your real estate agent is an understatement. You are truly relying on someone to be honest and forthcoming and will address any and all hiccups that come along the way.

Mariana Galstian is a stellar agent. In an industry where the lion's share of compensation is commissions-based, it is difficult to come across a trustworthy, genuine, and reliable person to work with. Mariana, on the other hand, exhibited that and so much more.

When I was looking for places to move into in Boston, she did not show me the most expensive places but the ones that made the most sense for me. She also taught me the ins and outs of the market as I was a newbie she could have taken advantage of and even negotiated with landlords on my behalf. At the end of the day, I was not able to rent an apartment through her, but she still helped me look for ways to find roommates. Then, she even went out of her way to background-check homeowners I was considering renting from, all while she was not getting paid at all for it! You really can't beat that.

All in all, I have never seen professionalism and genuine kindness married in a person so well. She very much appreciates the human element of her function in a "service" industry, and if you appreciate good service, then I have no problem referring Mariana to you.

Upon comming to boston it was very difficult to find a broker who was honest and able to help a person find a place without scamming them. It was truly a blessing when i came across Mariana. Mariana is a great broker who has experience across the Boston market. She is honest and is driven to work for the client and not just for the benefit of her company and the person looking for renters. Mariana has a great attitude and is an attentive listener. She listens to your needs and tries to find a place that is suitable to those needs. She does not get upset when you dont like something but tries to find something to your liking. This is a grade A broker that i would recommend hands down.

Before meeting Mariana, I truly believed that real estate agents in Boston were all commission chasing "professionals", and this is no exaggeration. After many tiresless weeks of meeting with other agents who really couldn't care for my needs I stumbled upon Mariana's videos on youtube. Long story short she immediately responded to me (10:30pm) and set up showings for me for the next day. She took the time to listen to me, knew exactly what to do from the 1st step to the last. Now, why so many agents in Boston can't manage client care, I don't know but I do know that I am highly recommending Mariana. I am a very happy customer and look forward to working with her in the future!

I was a freshman when I met Mariana at the BU housing fair. I was very new to Boston, and when I met Mariana I was extremely pleased! She was sincere, genuine, professional and most of all very knowledgable about apartments, areas, landlords, etc. She listened, and knew exactly what I (and my parents) wanted and within one weekend she wrapped up my first apartment which I stayed in for the duration of my college years and more. When I look to buy a place, I look forward to working with her again! Oh and she's really funny too :)

Mariana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help me & my wife find an amazing apartment.
We were not familiar with Boston as I moved here from California for work, and Mariana made sure to educate us on everything we needed to know to make a sound decision. When other agents were so quick to give up, Mariana worked hard, explained all aspects of the renting process, paperwork involved all to make our experience hassle free and pleasant. Mariana is an amazing person to begin with. The fact that she is an outstanding real estate professional is a great and added bonus.
