" "We love Maria! I am a picky control freak and we went through 5 Realtors before we found Maria. She is very easy to work with. She has a Blackberry so you can always reach her by phone, text, or email. Her level of communication is superb. She works long days, so you can always reach her. She's very flexible and will try to get you into a house as soon as she can. She pulls all the “comps” on a house and brings them to each showing, and she will go through them all with you, to help get a feel for how the house compares. She will always give you an honest opinion; there were multiple times I can remember her telling us a house we were viewing was overpriced, and what she thought we could get it for. Also, banks pay her to go look at their newly foreclosed houses to tell them how much they should price them at. This means 2 great things for you, 1) she’s plugged into pricing and what’s appropriate and what’s not and 2) she knows the upcoming houses about to the hit the MLS. She has a lot of experience in the business, which was a comfort at every step- finding a house, finding a lender and comparing loans, guesstimating how much a "fixer-upper" would cost to rehab, and even identifying an extra thing to fix before the FHA appraisal to help us avoid a repeat appraisal. We sifted through a lot of the “other” Realtors who were too busy, uninformed, unavailable, or inexperienced etc. Maria is fabulous; if you use her you will have no regrets!" "
