RE: Marcia Levine, Keller Williams Realtors
To whom it may concern:
I have been a real estate attorney for twenty years. I have extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and my fair share of dealings in residential transactions personally and professionally. I openly admit that, in comparison to the commercial real estate brokers that I have dealt with over the years, in general and with certain specific exceptions, I have held the residential brokers and agents with whom I have dealt in disdain. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, creativity and work ethic has too often failed to measure up.
Let me introduce one of those rare exceptions to the above sentiments, Ms. Marcia Levine. I was referred to Ms. Levine in the course of selling my Mother’s home following her move to assisted living. The home is in Dallas; I reside and practice law in Houston. I met with Ms. Levine one time at the home in Dallas and, due to her outstanding service, guidance and assistance, I was able to complete the transaction thereafter without ever leaving the comforts of my home in Houston.
Ms. Levine is extremely competent, knowledgeable, diligent and hard working. On more than one occasion her knowledge of the market, flexibility & creativity, and understanding of the goals moved this difficult transaction from the tire kicking phase to the contracting & inspections phase to the closing table. In my world, I call this understanding “the Art of the Dealâ€. What do all sides want in the transaction; what do all sides need in the transaction; what can I do to make that happen. Ms. Levine understands the Art of the Deal. She is an exceptional real estate person and a credit to the retail real estate industry (and, overall, a very nice person !).
Needless to say, I highly recommend, and I will refer people to, Ms. Levine and I suggest that you should be very comfortable in engaging her services.
