At what point are you obligated to a realtor?

Maggie Mccormick answered:
If you have not signed a buyer agency agreement with your Realtor you are not obligated to them. At least that is how it works in NC. I don't sell in KY. Good luck in finding your new home. Look on KY state government website for their real estate commission for your anwser or call them they will tell you. Here is the link for you http://www.krec.ky.gov/krec.gov/. Good luck in finding your new home. Hope this information helps you. - Fri May 8 2009, 12:34
