Her past experience also includes contract consulting for an offshore development company, as their “acting representative”, in identifying and assisting in the purchase negotiations of large recreational-use properties throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. MJ also recently sold the most expensive home, at $3,200 price per square foot, that has even sold in Marin County.
