If you have poor credit best on have you on loan that YOUR credit scores can drop the interest rate OR not be qualified.

Overall what is more important owning a home, never paying rent, receiving annual tax benefits, or keep making the landlord rich.

You can be on title,

Keep in mind qualified by a lender is critical prior working with any Realtor and must be attached submitting a sales offer.
