""I would like anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home to know that Lorraine is the best Realtor I have ever dealth with. I called her from Michigan about 2 weeks before I was moving to North Carolina to help me find a home, I was looking at the homes online as I could not afford to make a trip to North Carolina to look at them in person. Lorraine took the time to visit each and every house I asked her about, took pictures and gave me as much feedback as she could about each home. I decided on a house and began the financial part, even though I don't think she was thrilled about my choice of lenders, she made the best of it and tried helping me thru every step. Whenever my lender thru up a red flag, Lorraine was on the phone with me to advise what I should do. When my family and I got to North Carolina we were 1 week from moving into our new home when problems with the house forced our lender to deny us the loan, we were staying in a hotel and needed to find another home immediately. Lorraine arranged a day of looking at every possible option she could find, and it wasn't easy because I had only one area that I wanted to live in. We found a home that day that we love and she even helped ;me contact a lender that not only saved us money, but was great to work with. Even when closing day came and I decided not to do the finally walkthrough, Lorraine did it herself and found something wrong with the floors, she alerted me and we were able to get compensated. We absolutely Love our home. If you want someone who you can depend on, who is in constant contat with you, who has a very large knowledge of realty, and isn't at all trying to pressure you then you should pick Lorraine as your realtor, she makes you feel like a friend and someone you can count on.""

""Lorraine was an excellent Real Estate Agent. She first helped my husband and I a couple of years ago when we first decided we were going to buy. At that time things didn't work out for my husband and I to buy a house but she helped us in renting a house. Lorraine was helpful in every way and explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. In April of 2008 Lorraine helped my husband and I buy our first home. I wasso nervous and had no idea what to expect. I never went through a process so easy and it was all because of Lorraine. She took the time to meet with us after hours and on weekends. We did not have a lot of time to look for a place and she was very helpful in deciding what would be a good fit for us.
