As the others have noted, it is not a huge difference and it shouldn't break the bank.
However, when most of my clients consider the "east" or "west" Frisco, in the end, it boils down to where they work and how easy they want highway access to their homes. Both "sides" have just as good lifestyle and shopping conveniences.
After they decide where they want to be (close proximity), then they can select a community in their budget that fits them.
