It can be done in the next day or two. There are multiple offers on lots of homes again, and if you wait, there is a chance you can be outbid. One of my listings had an accepted offer offer, with a completed inspection, and the purchasers were outbid. Try to use an inspector that will give you a report on the spot or within 24 hours by E mail.
