"Dear Waller Group, Jeff and I want to take the time to thank you for all you have done for us during our first home buying experience. We came to you in an unusual way, by interviewing 3 different realtors so we could be sure and find ‘the one’- the best realtor for our experience. You were the second interview, and although being interviewed seemed a little out of the ordinary, you were very accommodating and answered all our questions honestly. We must admit before going into our interview with you, we thought we had already chosen the realtor we were going to use. However, once we sat down and talked with you, we knew you instead were ‘the one’. We felt immediately comfortable in your office. We could see instantly your zeal and enthusiasm for the job. By the end of the interview, we felt as though we had known you for years. Throughout the search of many houses and neighborhoods, we found those things we liked about you never waned. Even while dealing with a difficult and uniformed seller, your attitude stayed positive as you went above and beyond to get the house we wanted. Your knowledge of this area was colossal, making our search much less intimidating.
