It appears that the last sale price was for vacant land in 2001 for $245,000. In 2002, records show that a dock, 4' stemwall, driveway, pool & pool screen were added & MLS listing shows date of construction in 2002 so it seems to track. The seawall was put in in 1993.
As per the answers below, the current asking price is $825,000.
