Yes, the home on Hubbard Ave. that you inquired about is in a quiet residential area called Hubbard Heights which is close to downtown, the train, I 95, the E. Gaynor Brennan golf course, Scalzi Park, and the Stamford Hospital. It is a safe community where the home owners take great care of their properties. Many of the homes are older with lots of character and charm and have been renovated or maintained very well. You can check out some information about the property and others on the street by visiting the city of Stamford's web site under the tax assessment link at: http://www.cityofstamford.org/apps/tax/default.htm
