This property is one of them, supposedly selling at $18 a square foot, and isn't listed The one home recently sold on Red Coral sold for $93 a sf, for example.
If you're interested in seeing what is actually available, try using a local REALTOR® search on their website. It comes directly from the MLS and includes resales, bank owned foreclosures, and short sales. An even easier way is to contact one of us and get put on a search specific to your needs and budget. Results and any new listings meeting your requirements are sent straight to your email. It sure beats chasing internet listings that may or may not exist.
