Actually the word “assistance” is a gross understatement of the value you have provided us in our relocation to Greensboro, NC. It is much more accurate to say that without your guidance and seemingly tireless effort, we would have ended up renting an apartment rather than ending up in our dream home. We are amazed at the level of service you provided as our realtor. You helped us find and purchase a home under very challenging time constraints and conditions and your success is a testament to your character and work ethic on behalf of your clients. You were patient and understanding with our naiveté as first time home buyers. You kept us informed and realistic through the process; and calm and focused when we showed signs of becoming stressed or frustrated.
