"Karen Rice rules! She’s resourceful, well informed, honest and really generous. She gives you all she’s got when she’s with you, she’s spirited, energetic and a lot of fun to drive around with and doesn’t let anything get her down. I started my search in February this year and there was so much snow on the ground that we had to shovel some ice-filled porches in order to open the doors to some of the houses she showed me, she was always in a good mood and ready to show me more as long as I wanted to keep going. "Karen showcased this home we fell in love with on one of the real estate websites. Her photos and the way she wrote the description of the home was very professionally done. It was the dead of winter and we travelled from NYC to meet her and see that house and a few others. With two kids, we had to be careful in narrowing down what we wanted to see. Luckily, Karen helped us through the whole process. She wasn’t pushy like some other agents. The house she showcased turned out to be our new vacation home. Most of the legwork and negotiations were done by email. She always responded to our questions promptly.
