Our team consists of: Myself (Kim Chitwood), My husband (Teague Chitwood), and my brother (Ryan Shellnutt). We work hard to make sure we are available to you, on your time.

I (Kim) have been involved in all aspects of the real estate business since 1996. I began as a Broker's assistant and moved on to Office Management and finally Sales Management. I have seen the business from the angle of Homebuilding, Selling, and Management. I have worked for Re/Max, Century 21, and Andrew Joiner Realtors.
My license is held with Bush Real Estate Group in Newnan.

I agree, disclosure but get everything in writing now with your neighbor. That way, if you move and he/she doesn't, the new owner has some peace of mind that it was done w/ permission and agreed on. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 06:02
