The number one reason that I am still actively working as an Agent is because I love what I do for a living. I just have a passion for the industry and I have been fortunate enough to utilize all the best qualities from my former positions to achieve maximum results for my clients in this arena.
If I had to pick one particular "specialty", it would have to be marketing properties listed for sale. After spending several years analyzing the marketing concepts of a variety of industries, I have been able to "streamline" the process of capturing potential Buyers even before they have engaged a Buyers Agent. I will literally launch your property world wide via the internet, as a result, I generally have Buyers relocating from other states & countries.
Apparently, my concept of marketing real estate is catching on with other Agents in the Denver area. Am we "single minded" real estate agents with tunnel vision? Definitely not! Working as a Buyers Agent is unique in it's own right. we like our clients to see me as a "friend" taking them out to see homes, but when it comes time for writing a contract, my partner Corrine Prange steps in and does what she does best…negotiation.
