WOW! Sorry about the attitude you got on the other answer. I have used services like yours on occasion and my recommendation to you is that you should make available different prices depending on the extent of the clean out. A lot of the time, I end up paying for the clean out and I have been charged a flat fee for everything not taking into account the time or effort to clean it up. If it's a small truck load, please give us a break. If it is going to be an all day job, we are probably aware of that fact and are willing to pay to get it out of there.
