However, we believe few can match the dedication, hard work, HUGE attention to detail, and customer satisfaction that Brian Burke can provide.We have owned two homes and recently relocated from California to Colorado with a job transfer to our third residence. We had no real knowledge of specific areas. Brian spent several weekends emailing back and forth researching, and he sent us daily updates of listings. When we were finally ready to make the trip to Colorado, in the course of three weeks, we had narrowed down the search to approximately 31 homes. Brian showed them all to us in one day!!! Talk about progress! The next day we had narrowed the selection to two homes and he following day we made an offer on a new Model Home and it was accepted!But Brian didn’t stop there. He arranged inspection and fought hard to make sure everything was correctly instigated. He coordinated financial paperwork. He gave us helpful hints on storage for our RV, window covering stores, and Brian hand delivered entry papers so our two sons could attend school when we arrived… the list goes on and on. Brian worked hard, above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure we would be comfortable and secure when we would move in.I would STRONGLY recommend Brian Burke to ANYONE that desires supreme and highly profession, detailed, service. We have become friends, and he is a wonderful, nice, caring person. He truly cares about what he does and LOOKS and LISTENS to each client’s situation in the highest, best regard. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Brian Burke to find our new home.""
