Ken comes from a background with strong leadership experience acquired in his management roles as Project Manager for a global IT corporation known as The Computer Science Corporation; a Business Representative for a high profile entertainment union The Screen Actors Guild; and a Program Director for Elite Model Management, an international model and talent agency. In all roles, Ken’s success stems from his interpersonal skills, savvy negotiating acumen, undeniable ability to influence and motivate others, and exceptional business ethics. Translated to real estate, these are desirable traits in a successful real estate agent who can confidently lead his clients through to a successful escrow, resulting in a positive experience for his clients.
While real estate is his calling, Ken has a passion to help others and his community. This was one of many incentives for him to join Keller Williams Realty, Los Feliz. Their charity division, known as KW cares, has allowed him to feed and satisfy his passion to help improve his community and the lives of others. As a matter of fact, you’ll often find Ken volunteering for various charitable events and fundraisers produced by foundations that include the Friends of Silver Lake Library, Aids Health Care Foundation, various dog rescue groups, and more.
In his down time, Ken likes to spend time with his dog hiking or at the Silver Lake Dog Park. On a given weekend, you might find him out at dinner with close friends after a day of showing homes or holding an open house. His favorite past-time is having a glass of wine over a conversation about spirituality and his philosophic approach to life.
