Hi! Thanks for visiting my profile on Trulia!!
I am a full-time residential real estate broker located in Greensboro, NC. I have been licensed by the state of North Carolina to practice real estate for 8 years and have been affiliated with Keller Williams since 2005.
After the birth of my only son in 2006, I decided to join a team so that I could spend more time at home with my family. In January of 2008, I partnered up with Team Leung, one of the most successful and productive teams in the triad area! With the support of my team and my KW family, I am able to enjoy being the mother of an active pre-schooler while balancing a career that I love!
In 2008, while the real estate market was rapidly declining and our industry as a whole was suffering tremendously, I set out to learn as much as possible about the foreclosure process in our area and how to successfully navigate a short sale. I began to take courses and investigate certifications related to these types of sales and came across the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation taught by the Distressed Property Institute. Now a CDPE since December 2008, I focus 95% of my time on searching for families and homeowners that need my help! By following a specific format for obtaining short sale approval, I have successfully closed 100% of all contracts presented to a lender for approval!
Unfortunately, I hear terrible stories every day from fellow Realtors who attempted to gain short sale approval only to have their clients lose their home to foreclosure because the Realtor was not experienced and did not know how the system works! Please do not trust your home to anyone that is not experienced and trained to deal with your specific needs!!
Feel free to contact me directly if you any questions regarding residential real estate. I hope you will visit one of my websites to learn more about me and my team.
