I'm 22, This was my first time renting a place so i wasn't sure how the process worked, Not only did Keith walk me through it he kept in touch and worked around my schedule. The owner of the house said 6 people filled out applications and being younger i didn't think i had a shot, but she said Keith had a big role in that. When I'm ready to purchase a house i definitely will be going back to him. GOOD LUCK KEITH!

We were in an apartment thinking about buying a house, but didn't have a realtor. My girlfriend and a friend went to an open house and we were lucky to have met Keith there. We were instantly comfortable with Keith and found him very knowledgeable. Not only is he knowledable, but he also works extremely hard for his clients. Keith represented me in a very smooth, transparent short sale of a house in Philadelphia. Although short sales are reputed to take much longer than typical house sales, this one probably took about as long as an average sale. Keith's communications with me and the other parties involved throughout the sale were tops. Entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Keith is always working on his knowledge of the market and different kinds of transactions. I highly recommend him as an all around great Realtor.
