""In February, 2009, Karen Earnest sold our home in Groton and assisted us in the purchase of another. Our home was on the market intermittently for nearly two years with other brokerages. Karen was the agent who finally secured a buyer - within an extremely challenging real estate market. She fully leveraged her internet presence and strong connections with the local community and other real estate professionals. The transaction went smoothly from the outset and all parties were pleased with the outcome. Karen was available 24/7 and always made us feel we had her full attention. Karen also assisted us in the purchase of our new home, which was a very difficult process with a very difficult seller. At several points along the way, the deal threatened to fall through, but Karen kept things moving despite unusually trying negotiations.
