"Keane is very honest, extremely knowledgeable, and an always helpful broker with access to an amazing variety of VA and Conventional Loan Programs. Many lenders I compared his GFEs with flat out said they could not offer the rate/program/fee structure Keane offered (in fact, many said his rates had to be teasers). Keane's quotes were the most competitive quotes I received and he went the extra mile to deliver on all promises. In addition, he has many systems in place so that his customers can track the progress of their loans from start to finish including a "Real-time" progress tracker hosted on Microsoft Office Live Workspace. This made my VA loan extremely easy to close on in a timely manner even as I was deployed to Iraq from quote through signing. Keane makes himself constantly available via email, skype, yahoo messenger, etc as well as by telephone; there was never a day I could not reach Keane or his staff. I never expected to actually apply for and close on a loan via Zillow and the internet, but Keane made an offer that was hard to refuse and delivered on his promise of placing the customer first. Through this process I feel like I have gained a friend in the lending business...Thanks Keane!"
