Please report this to the local REALTOR association. This is not acceptable behavior and all agents with a SUPRA key are under strict rules to not allow unlicensed individuals access to that supra key. In addtion, it may also be a violation to give combos to unlicensed individuals (their trouble, not yours).
I am so sorry this was your experience...it's very frustrating to be an agent who DOES care and to have to be associated with people who do not follow basic rules and ethics.
