Kathy Walls

"Dear Karen; (Coldwell Banker T&C Broker) On January 31, we arrived in Howell, MI to look around at the community and to drive by some houses we had seen on the internet. We found one condo we wanted to see, and called your listing agent Kathy Walls, to ask some questions. She immediately invited us to meet with her the next day. During that time, Kathy spent a lot of time listening to us, accessing our needs, and offering good advice as we began the process of house hunting. Kathy made appointments to meet with us for a couple of days later in Feb., when we would be in Michigan , and ready to view houses and condos. Once we arrived back in WI. she immediately went to work and emailed us a number of choices of properties she thought we may like. She stayed in very close contact with us during that 2-week period, and previewed many of the houses, so she could answer questions for us. Throughout this buying process, we have been impressed with Kathy's attention to detail, the amount of information she gathered for us about the community, her patience, and her guidance. She never made us feel that she was rushing us to make a decision. She worked closely with the Mortgage Co. to be sure all our documents were in order, and handled all the various details that arose with the inspection. It was especially helpful to have someone like Kathy working on our behalf, and taking care of details in MI, while we were back at home in WI. We consider ourselves seasoned house hunters, as we have moved many times in the last 12 years. We feel Kathy is one of the best Realtors we have worked with. You should be very proud to have her on your team of Realtors! Our closing is March 31, and we are going to closing very confident we have made a good decision and that everthing is in order, thanks to Kathy."
