The link that was shared below on the USDA properties doesn't even show the last ones I sold that were financed with Rural Dev funding. The home itself needs to pass certain inspection criteria even though the Brainerd area is in the Rural Dev/USDA area. Things that the inspector considers are paint and siding, stair railings, broken or single pane windows with no storms, GFI etc.
