Kathleen was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA where she worked in the Mortgage industry until moving to Orlando for 15 years where she was an award-winning sales representative in Convention sales. In the early 90’s Kathleen returned to Pennsylvania with her family and spent the entire time in consumer electronic sales. After about eight years, Florida began to call her back. When a neighbor told them about Palm Coast; Kathleen and her family decided to take a trip to see what the area had to offer. It only took one trip and they knew that’s where they wanted to be. In 2004 Kathleen and her family made the move to Palm Coast where they enjoy the richness of life, the friendliness of the local community, the beautiful nearby beaches and other attractions, and always finding something new.
The choice of a Real Estate career made perfect sense with the love of sharing the area and the passion for serving others to achieve their goals.
